I can offer my clients an individualized 7 day meal plan focusing on their future goals. The menu would be tailored to their specific dietary needs. I take into consideration any food intolerances, allergies, calories, and medical conditions. We then work together and create a meal that would fit their lifestyle and help them achieve their goals. You can choose from different options…. - Weight loss - Prediabetes - Heart healthy (low sodium, low cholesterol) - Food allergies - or create your own. We also help clients who can’t work with a menu and want just customized collection of healthy recipes that they can use whenever they want.
